DTP - BUILDING THE CAPACITY OF ASIA-PACIFIC HUMAN RIGHTS MOVEMENTS 1990 - 2020

In spite of the increased repression and the closing space for civil society, campaigning for human rights continues. In this issue we include instances of this campaigning and international solidarity that has born results, such as the postponed execution in Singapore, the mobilisation of UN Special Procedures in relation to the Frieda River in PNG and the courage of peaceful protesters in Thailand.

For updated news, advice and human rights related action on COVID-19 pandemic please see the dedicated DTP web page. Please follow DTP’s socials and visit our website.

Best wishes and good luck,
