DTP - BUILDING THE CAPACITY OF ASIA-PACIFIC HUMAN RIGHTS MOVEMENTS 1990 - 2021

DTP congratulates former Board Member Professor Megan Davis on her election as Chair of the UN Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous People (EMRIP), and DTP alumnus Binota Moy Dhamai on his election as Vice Chair of EMRIP.  We wish them both very well in these important roles. Ahead of our next program on Business and Human Rights in the Pacific, DTP has signed an MoU with the Pacific Regional Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights for human rights in the Pacific. See below for more news from alumni and the region, and new resources for human rights defenders.
