Anni Mitin

Anni works in research and advocacy on issues related to farmers’ economic, social and cultural rights and the trade regime, seeking to address and understand the various factors impacting factors’ livelihoods that accompany trade liberalisation and the WTO regime. More specifically, SEACON examines various bilateral or regional trade agreements in Southeast Asia, including the International or National/Regional Agricultural Agreements such as AoA, EU Common Agricultural Policy and the US Farm Bill. Anni has been actively engaged in fieldwork and advocacy in small scale issues concerning trade and farming communities. Anni also has a Master of Science in Medical Sciences.
