ABM Kamrul Ahsan is the programme coordinator for United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). UNODC is mandated to assist Member States in their struggle against illicit drugs, crime and terrorism. To help secure peace, security and development; the Office will bear in mind the need to ensure the universal enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms when designing its programmes.
