Adelio Tilman

Adelio is a Program officer for Organisational Development and Partner Support with Oxfam in Timor Leste. He is part of the team working on Social, Economic and Political Participation and his role involves encouraging Oxfam’s civil society Partners to better design and implement their programs of human rights, poverty reduction, transparency and women’s participation. From the DTP course Adelio hopes to broaden his understanding of human rights and advocacy and specifically how this can be applied to the development process in Timor Leste. He wants a greater insight into the global context of human rights and looks forward to learning from the diverse range of participants.
