Antonieta Maia

Neta is a Senior Program Officer for TAF. In her role, she supports district based NGOs who advocate for the implementation of public policy at a district level. She is also responsible for capacity building and providing training for civil society organisations to effectively engage with the government in the policy making processes. As well as this, Neta is a women’s rights activist and campaigns on the advancement of women’s rights and gender equality. Because of this, she hopes to increase her knowledge of diplomacy skills, transferring them to NGOs engaging with government policies and using them for international campaigning for women’s rights.
