Chris Roberts

As Program Officer for East Asia Chris is responsible for support of programs predominantly in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. His work includes financial and project management and liaison with regional staff, with focus around livelihoods, education, health and disaster preparedness programs. He has a Masters of International Relations and a degree in business. He is interested in engaging more directly in NGO advocacy especially around issues of natural resource extraction and major infrastructure development in the region. He hopes to complement his existing skills and to gain some additional tools and new perspectives to improve the effectiveness of his work in the NGO sector.
