Dipendra Sharma

As a Team Leader for Pourakhi Nepal Dipendra is responsible for protecting the rights of migrant workers by managing major projects that involve a number of tasks such as program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as communication with donors, staff, and policy-makers in improving migrant workers’ rights in Nepal. By undertaking the DTP program, Dipendra hopes to enhance his knowledge on human rights and share this knowledge with his fellow team members. He also hopes to apply his knowledge in practice, which in turn will contribute to the long term sustainability for development.
