Dolores Zahra

Dolores is the Executive Director of the Hope Workers’ Centre, which assists migrant workers from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines in relation to work related abuses in Taiwan. Hope continually lobbies the Taiwanese Government for more just and equitable working conditions and with other NGOs is working on drafting anti-trafficking legislation. She believes that better knowledge of key aspects of ICFMW will be very helpful to the legislation drafting, will provide her with the solid background needed to guide staff members working on cases of abuse and will better inform Hope’s local government lobbying.
