Eh Hso Tun Bready

Eh Hso Tun Bready Aye is currently a student in the New Start program and is a member of the Australian Karen Organisation (AKO). On the Thai- Burma border he was an education coordinator for camps and negotiated with various NGOs and Thai authorities on a daily basis for community needs. The negotiations ranged from refugee registration and legal status to child protection, gender based violence issues to food, water and building supplies. He also acted as an interpreter for a number of NGOs and UNHCR. Eh Hso Tun Bready has completed his studies at the Mae La and Tham Hin Camps and has completed training courses in teaching, child protection, sexual based violence, leadership and community management. He attended the DTP program in Sydney in 2007.
