Eusebio Jacinto Jr.

Eusebio Jr. is Secretariat Head, Southeast Asia Fish for Justice Network and programs development officer of Tambuyog Development Center. In 1998 he began to focus on programs development, conceptualising and designing institutional projects. In this capacity he is also involved in the development of monitoring and evaluation systems, coordination, consolidation and synthesis of plans and reports and negotiation and liaison work with donors. Since 2004 Eusebio Jr. has devoted much of his time to SEAfish. He hopes to share the knowledge he gains with the aim of developing SEAfish’s research and advocacy agenda on TNCS engaged in fisheries and aquaculture in SE Asia.
