Farah Altarazi

Farah Altarazi works with the Business & Human Rights Resource Center as a researcher assistant for Jordan and Lebanon. Her work mainly includes researching the landscape of business and investment operating and their impact on the rights of migrant and refugee workers in Jordan and Lebanon and monitoring relevant local news and developments on business, investment, migration, etc. as well as developments relating to national stakeholders. Farah hopes the course will give her a very good idea about the international instruments to defend the rights of migrant workers and to gain knowledge about the international human rights framework, which she will then be able to communicate to the local civil society, in order to help them to play a key role in promotion and protection of human rights, including the rights of migrant workers.
