George Lesi

In the position of Assistant Executive Director, George assists the Executive Director in managing the organisation, develops social awareness programs for staff to implement in areas such as violence against women and alcohol awareness, monitors and evaluates social programs, conducts in-house staff training and formulates polices and procedures. George seeks to develop skills in lobbying and advocacy so that the strategic planning and development activities, which affect the grassroots and silent majority, can be promoted at all levels so that action will be taken. He also seeks to increase the level of networking within the organisation. He feels that these skills within his organisation will increase their capacity to promote human rights and advance the programs on violence against women.
