In Vuthy

Mr In Vuthy is 44 years old and lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He has a degree in Education, and has also attended training on labor law and contract law, and has had some training on the UN system. He is currently the Executive Director of CHRTF, and acting chairperson of the Finance Sub-Committee of the Cambodian Human Rights Action Committee. The CHRTF aims to ensure that NGO’s and community organisations provide improved participatory education and awareness programs on human rights issues, and to promote the human rights struggle in Cambodia with partner NGOs. Mr In Vuthy has also attended the 54th and 55th Sessions of the UN Commission on Human Rights, and has worked as a Unit Co-ordinator for a vocation training program of the ILO in Cambodia. Mr In Vuthy hopes to meet with many different people from the Asia-Pacific while on the DTP training, exchange experiences with them, and gain some good ideas which can be integrated with the current program of the CHRTF.
