Jason Fagan

Jason facilitates the implementation of programs and provides support to the community control members of the Regional Health Forums which were established in Queensland as part of the implementation of an agreement on Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander health. Jason has a business degree and has worked on health issues including assisting in the planning and community consultation on the “Housing for health project” in Mapoon, Cape York Peninsula. He is convinced that there is still an urgent need to educate people about human rights in Australia, especially because Australians generally associate human right violations with developing countries rather than with Australia.
