Jen Nie Kasim

Jen Nie is working as a volunteer for the student movement on her University campus. She works to provide better educational facilities for children in rural areas. Jen Nie joins the DTP course in order to learn more about Diplomacy and in particular the International human rights system. She wishes to liaise with fellow human rights activists, and believes that the course will empower her to speak on behalf of the marginalised groups in West Borneo and in particular those residing in refugee camps. She wishes to learn about the right to education in particular, as direct study of this will be of great benefit to her work.
