Clera Seth

Clera works in the management team for the human resources department of the Vanuatu Provident Fund; the national compulsory pension scheme in Vanuatu. Her role is primarily concerned with recruitment and facilitating a supportive workplace culture. Further, the human resources department provision a training and development program for the capacity building of Vanuatu National Provident Fund Employees. Clera looks forward to sharing strategies for effective communication channels and deepening her knowledge of worker’s rights to incorporate into the administration of human resources initiatives in the Vanuatu National Provident Fund.
