Penina Waqatabu

Ms Waqatabu is currently a postgraduate student at the University of the South Pacific, and the founder of Tadra PASIFIKA – USP History Students Association. Ms Waqatabu started this association to assist history students in their learning and promote a greater understanding of Pacific history. She is passionate about student advocacy and hopes to work with and support marginalised groups in the region through assisting in resource management and documenting their rich and varied histories. , Penina is a postgraduate research student from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji. She is also currently the president of the Tadra Pasifika History Student Association.
