Archana Arti Narayan

Narayan is the Field Officer for Live and Learn Environmental Education in Suva. She runs programs in environmental and development education in schools and communities throughout Fiji. Currently, Naraayan is finishing up a project in which she goes to schools and runs in-house training with teachers on using drama and theatre as teaching tools about environmental issues. Her organisation is keen to incorporate more human rights training into these trainings, so she hopes to learn much about the international regimes that will assist her in designing programs. As well, she believes that the training will improve her ability to strengthen her liaison with government and regional agencies and develop her regional and international network. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and has attended training in capacity building for environmental NGOs in Japan.
