Cromwell Qopoto

Mr Qopoto is the technical advisor of the Kukum United Church. He has a Master of Science from the Australian National University. The Church conducts community education with villagers on their rights against mining and logging companies. They also attempt to empower the community and raise funds through small scale enterprise. Through this program, he wishes to learn about human rights laws and principles to provide a more holistic education to his community, and improve his advocacy skills to combat environmental exploitation by large corporations.
