Victor worked for over 16 years in thought leadership with UNICEF in Bangkok, New York and Malaysia and has over 35 years of experience working for children’s rights in over 40 countries in the Global North and Global South.

Victor is a Senior Associate, Social Policy Research Institute (Belgium), Inter-Generational Advisory Committee member, International and Canadian Child Rights Partnership (ICCRP), International Expert & Advisor - Child Participation, Global Campus for Human Rights (Italy), International Advisory Council Member - Right Livelihood College (Sweden), Affiliate (Human Development Partnership International - USA) and Associate Editor at Critical Journal of Social Sciences - Spain. He is currently teaching and researching on two key areas:

artificial intelligence and child/adolescent rights: standards, governance, human rights and ethics and
de-colonising children’s rights - an anthropological critique of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Victor is interested in meeting academics and researchers working in child right and digital rights for knowledge exchange and potential collaboration.
