Aimon Hongartaw

Aimon Hongsartaw is a young Mon man living in Canberra and is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canberra having completed his high schooling in 2005. Aimon is involved in the Australia Mon Association and supports new arrivals as well at teaching Level 1 Mon every Saturday. He also is a volunteer presenter on the The Radio Mon Voice which airs every Friday. In 2000 he worked in the Maneeloy refugee camp in Thailand supported by the NGO, CORR. Aimon has also completed training on project management and fundraising and workshop on teaching languages.
