Darlina is Deputy Secretary of NIWUF/SPN which is the largest labour union of garment and shoe workers in Indonesia. She handles all international correspondence in connection with international networks and campaign activities. As a national trainer she trains NIWUF/SPN facilitators on leadership, gender, labour laws and impact of globalisation. Darlina encounters many union members facing suppression of their fundamental rights and would like to improve their situation by increasing her knowledge of the legal and advocacy aspects of human rights in this context.
