Hayati Inten

Inten is cat and plants lover who works as the Coordinator of Policy and Law Reform Division at NCVAW. The division focus on formulating recommendation with evidence based, and delivering it to policy makers. She demonstrate her passion for the vulnerable group advocacy: initiate programs, actively offer strategies to solve problems, bridging NGOs and experts with policy makers in order to build strong policy recommendation. She is also a team builder: initiated training (legal drafting and quantitative research) and reminds her staffs to get work life balance. She follows this course to get new knowledge, strategies, Indonesia and Australia best practices, and network. These things will improve her ability and contribution in human rights advocacy.
