Miftah Fadhli

Miftah is responsible for advocacy and research in the area of policy impacts to human rights. This involves assisting the program officer in providing technical expertise for government agencies in preparing policy drafts, building and maintaining civic engagement platforms and organising dialogues and alliances between stakeholders and civil society. He is also responsible for monitoring legislative performances in law making and for researching and reporting on human rights issues in Indonesia. He sees the DTP program as a valuable opportunity to build an understanding on human rights at a national and regional level and to develop his diplomacy and advocacy skills, which are relevant to his core activities. He would welcome the opportunity to meet and exchange experiences with international activists throughout the region.
