Sheena Graham is a Ngadju woman from Western Australia with more than 20 years of experience working on Indigenous Peoples’ human rights.
Sheena is the Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Indigenous Rights Advisory (CIRA) Pty Ltd, an Indigenous-owned consultancy dedicated to strengthening how Indigenous Peoples’ human rights are understood and respected across the mining industry globally.
She previously served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International Australia and worked as a diplomat with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). At DFAT, Sheena authored Australia’s Indigenous Diplomacy Agenda and represented Australia’s Indigenous policy interests at the UN Human Rights Council and UN General Assembly.
Sheena is also a former BHP executive, where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s global policy on Indigenous Peoples’ human rights.
